Ladies: would you choose an financially stable guy over a super-y super-sweet, but poor, guy?

OK, what am I choosing them for? Long or short relationship? A one night stand? Or marriage? I would choose different for different reasons :))) Not too smart is a definite turn off for me for a long term relationship or marriage, but might be OK for a short relationship or just having fun. Although the other guy's lack of attentiveness seems to be a major turn off as well. How about you keep looking cause these two are not Mr. Right?
