NEED HELP FROM KILLZONE PLAYERS?

I got the tactician badge today (captain) and i dont know how to get airsupport. When i play against bots in skirmish, i usually just put air support in my secondary ability. People told me that i need to get 5 kills with the flying drones to get air support, but how do i actually get the flying drones
