Need to do video enhansment?

i got charge for shoplifting after 3 months that i have left the store. target just has a video that is not clear and they report that that i am stealing the vacuum. but the thin is i didn't so i what to Enhance the video to prove that i did not stole the vacuum. anybody can help me with that so i can find place that they do video enhancement.
