Ouch...this hurts...should I talk to him about this?

So there's this guy that wasn't my boyfriend, but we like each other. We used to go everywhere together, then he told me he was tired of giving into my whim and didn't want anything from me anymore. 3 days ago, he told me he wanted to deal with me and that he cared about me. Then 2 days ago, he was talking to his friend Lizz and said he wanted someone to hold and she said there were lots of people who wanted him, and he said they all were either taken, annoying as hell, too young, or not his type. That really hurts. I mean he told me when I got emancipated, he'd be my adult at the courthouse, and that I could live with him and even thought they'd think it was just because he wanted to f*ck me, he'd take care of it. Should I even say anything, or just see how he acts?
