My bf & i got hot & heavy?

My period ended 3 days ago & today my bf & i were making out after school well i was wearing a dress & he took his pants off... we were like grinding each other.. & today when i got out of the shower i had blood down there.. this has nvr happened to me b4 & i nvr have spotting between periods. wat could this be?
