3rd USB sound that I dont know what it means.?

Normally when I plug in a USB app it will do a Da-Dum and connect or a Dee-Doo when I unplug one. I just got a C200 webcam and when I plugged it in It went du-du-du. Ive tested all of my USB ports and they work fine. Dont refer me to the Logitech site as ive scowered it forever and found nothing. If someone could tell me what that USB sound means I would be appreciative.
