Virtual Villagers Puzzle 5 Level 2 Construction?

Hi. I know from reading other posts how to complete Puzzle 5 in Virtual Villagers, but the problem Im having is how to get to Level 2 Construction. Since finishing Puzzles 1-4 I still dont have anything to work with to build anything or nothing to have someone become a beginning, adept, or master builder. Will someone please help me? Thank you.
