Something is stuck in my xbox 360 controller?

Ok so I have a turtle beach headset. The little puck or the little piece of metal that goes into my controller broke in half. One half stayed of the wire and the other half is jammed up in my controller in the hole where you plug in the piece of metal. I can't really see it because it's pretty far up there. Are there any screws or anything I can do to get the piece of metal out of there?
