Jury Duty Exemption School?

Write and/or call the Clerk of the court proving what your school said, and offer to do it in the summer or during vacations and it worked. Once I ignored a summons and they simply scheduled me for another day. Unfortunately the Law is unclear about employees taking time for Jury Duty except that businesses that have more than 50 employees have to pay people their regular salaries. You then don't get money for the service. Lastly if you feel or are sick you could get a note from a friendly doctor and that should help. Good Luck
