Is Gordon Brown Stupid or does he think the poor don't matter?

He doesn't care. He's a big time sell out and only gives a crap about the migrants who come here to work. Yes he is stupid and cannot and could not do his job at all. End of the day, it doesn't matter whether you are rich or poor, as long as he gets his money through taxes, he doesn't care less.
