My dog was recently impounded for 10 days. Now that he is home, he is coughing and throwing up phlegm. He is laying around, with a runny nose, and he wont move. He seems very uncomfortable and will only eat out of my hand.. Is This Kennel Cough? Is it serious? Deadly?
