Are the s on bikes worth it?

I don't have time for the mardi gras PRIDE festival in Manchester this weekend because I cant get out of work but will be able to just catch the start of the parade to see the 's on bikes. Do they still lead the parade and is it worth seeing? I do love a big butch all in leather but is it worth breaking my neck to fit my job in as well?
